Constructed of field-grey cotton twill, the obverse bearing a central black machine-embroidered Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by Heer Infantry standards constructed of balck and white machine embroidery with silver aluminum wire highlights, above five machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire oak leaves with dual acorns, unmarked, measuring 104 mm (w) x 120 mm (h), in unissued and near extremely fine condition.
