Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, set within a ribbed wreath bearing an inscription of “MEINE EHRE HEIßT TREUE” (“MY HONOUR IS LOYALTY”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “36/40” for Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
