A collection of five items, including a sporran (Scottish pouch) constructed of white horse hair with two tassels capped by ornate silver caps, silver cantle with MacDonald of Sleat clan badge incorporated in its design (a hand in armour holding a cross), with brown leather pouch and leather waist belt, measuring 18 cm (w) x 42.5 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A black leather waist belt with a large silver clasp, decorated with MacDonald of Sleat clan badge, measuring 7 cm (w) x 98.5 cm (h), and in very fine condition. A lack leather shoulder belt with silver buckle and clasps decorated by thistles and floral design, measuring 7 cm (w) x 63.5 cm (l), and in very fine condition. A thirteen inch tall white busby plume and in very fine condition. A Sergeant’s rank insignia constructed of black felt with three golden chevrons, measuring 14.5 cm (w) x 12 cm (l), and in very fine condition.
