A textbook third reich period German Schutzpolizei/Kommunalpolizei, Gendarmerie, and Luftwaffe Fire Service EM’s belt buckle; constructed of in mold injected aluminum; the obverse with the standard police motif; the reverse unmarked; signature integrated catch with double-claw hooks; measuring 64 mm x 48 mm; a gently worn example, as is evident from the light wear marks on the reverse; near mint condition.
