(Wehrmacht Essbesteck). A mixed lot of five pieces of Wehrmacht mess hall and field cutlery, including a tablespoon, constructed of aluminum, the obverse plain, the reverse stamped with a Wehrmacht eagle and maker’s mark of “G.N.L.” for Gebrüder Noelle, Lüdenscheid, along with a manufacture date of “42”, measuring 46 mm (w) x 210 mm (l), in very fine condition; a pair of Luftwaffe teaspoons, each constructed of aluminum, the obverse of each bearing a stamped Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse of each stamped with a mark of “F.L.U.V.” for Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung (Flight Barracks Administration) and an additional mark of “T.W.S.” with manufacture dates of “39” and “40”, each measuring 30 mm (w) x 148 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition; an additional Luftwaffe teaspoon constructed of magnetic stainless steel, the reverse stamped with a Luftwaffe eagle and a mark of “DURALIT ROSTFREI”, measuring 30 mm (w) x 140 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Wehrmacht folding spork, constructed of aluminum, consisting of a large tablespoon base, rivet to a table fork on a swivel hinge, both the spoon and fork stamped with Wehrmacht eagles and a mark of “ESM”, measuring 48 mm (w) x 144 mm (l) when folded, in near extremely fine condition.
