(Eiserne Kreuze). A pair of 1914 Iron Cross propaganda decorations, including a large cross, constructed of gilded bronze, the reverse with three lugs indicating removal from a plaque or other backer, unmarked, measuring 78 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; an Allied propaganda cross, constructed of dark grey-painted magnetic iron, the obverse bearing a central raised Pickelhaube set within an inscription of “TO DER KAISER”, topped by an integral suspension loop, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
