In aluminum with red, yellow and black paint, obverse bearing a large capital "NZ" in black on a red centre and inscribed "ČUVAR SUSJEDSTVA" below on the yellow ring, marked "D.K." on the reverse, measuring 38.3 mm in diameter, missing its pinback, exhibiting paint chipping and surface wear, near fine.
