Constructed of white card stock, the covered bearing a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior bearing an invitation issued on behalf of Reichsminister Joseph Goebbels to the 1937 Tag der Deutschen Kunst (Day of German Art) summer festival in Munich, addressed to Reichspostdirektionspräsident (Reichspost Administration President) Dr. Ludwig Schuster and his wife, measuring 190 mm (w) x 125 mm (h) when folded, in near extremely fine condition.
