An Eastern Front Medal, constructed of silvered and patinated zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42”, above a crossed sword and laurel branch, topped by a Stahlhelm and stick grenade, the suspension loop maker marked with Präsidialkanzlei code “127” for Moritz Hausch, Pforzheim, measuring 35.85 mm (w) x 44.47 mm (h), weighing 20.8 grams, with oxidation and loss of finish evident, in very fine condition; a Kriegsmarine Battleship Scharnhorst cap tally ribbon, constructed of black rayon, the exterior bearing a machine-embroidered gold bullion wire inscription of “SCHLACHTSCHIFF SCHARNHORST” in Fraktur script, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 1045 mm (l), in extremely fine condition, and; a NSDAP member’s armband, constructed of a red cotton base, the exterior bearing a machine-embroidered white disc measuring 88 mm in diameter, overlaid by a machine-embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 188 mm (w) x 96 mm (h) when folded flat, in near extremely fine condition.
