Three-piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red and green enamels, mounted to a silver eight-pointed star base, maker marked "IKOM" and hallmarked with a rooster surrounded by a "B" and "II" (900 silver) within a pentagon border, measuring 66 mm (w) x 65.7 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels, very light contact, near extremely fine.
