(Abzeichen). A lot of four service decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of iron and silver, on loop for suspension from a period original tri-fold ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central initial “W”, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1914”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, the reverse with three central oak leaves, the six o’clock arm with an initial institution date of “1813”, the twelve o’clock arm with initials “FW” topped by a royal crown, unmarked, measuring 42.65 mm (w) x 46.28 mm (h), weighing 14.0 grams, with oxidation evident through the core, in fair condition; a Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, with a raised Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.88 mm (w) x 44.62 mm (h), weighing 8.5 grams, with oxidation evident, in fair condition; a Kyffhäuser Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, designer marked “HOSAEUS”, measuring 30.80 mm (w) x 47.18 mm (h), weighing 18.8 grams, in extremely fine condition; an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original bow tie-style ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with crossed swords through the centrepiece, the obverse bearing wreathed central dates “1914-1918”, the reverse maker marked “F. & B. L.” for Funcke & Brüninghaus, Lüdenscheid, measuring 37.72 mm (w) x 41.68 mm (h), weighing 15.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition; also including a Pickelhaube rosette, constructed of black, red, and white painted magnetic metal, unmarked, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
