A pair of belt buckles, including an Imperial Heer EM/NCO’s buckle, constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised crown, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) and laurel branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 63 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with loss of finish and slight oxidation evident, in very fine condition, and; an Ordnungspolizei EM/NCO’s buckle, constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a pebbled ring with an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, maker marked “G. G. L.” for Gebrüder Glörfeld, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), the obverse swastika has been ground out and there is oxidation evident throughout, in poor condition.
