The books are brimming with descriptive, in-depth text, accompanied by photographs of the various cap badges, collar badges, shoulder titles, patches, pins, broaches, belt plates, etc. worn by the unit, be they in cloth or metal.

Each book is printed in black ink, on a white paper stock, the cover of each printed in black ink on a gloss-finished card stock, exhibiting some wear on the covers, the pages themselves remaining unaffected. Better than very fine.
