Spain, Fascist State. A Signed & Dedicated Portrait of Francisco Franco

A signed and dedicated portrait of Francisco Franco, well-presented on a large card stock backer. The image depicts Franco in a Spanish Navy uniform and wearing the Royal and Military Order of Saint Ferdinand. It is affixed to a large off-white card stock backer. Directly underneath the image, the backer features a handwritten dedication from Franco reading “AL LIBRO DE ORO DEL 7° CENTENARIO DE LA MARINA DE CASTILLA” (“TO THE GOLDEN BOOK OF THE 7TH CENTENARY OF THE CASTILLIAN NAVY”), closing with his classic elaborate signature. It measures 210 mm (w) x 300 mm (h) overall. Minor, age-appropriate discolouration is evident, but this dedicated signature is in a near extremely fine condition.
