Germany, Third Reich. A Gau Munich Commemorative Badge

(Gau München Erinnerungsabzeichen). Constructed of bronze, consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, wrapped with a ribbon bearing an inscription of “UND IHR HABT DOCH GESIEGT” (“AND AFTER ALL, YOU HAVE WON”), around a central mobile swastika on a hollow background, bearing a date of “1933”, the reverse with a diagonal pinback, unmarked, measuring 36 mm in diameter, with evidence of possible pinback repair, in near extremely fine condition.
