Naming is officially impressed on the WWI medals. Dark patina on the BWM, original ribbons, mounted to a suspension bar with swing barpinback as worn by the veteran, EF. Footnote: William Samuel Chambers was born on September 29, 1894 in Mount Mellick, Queens County, Ireland. He signed his Attestation Paper on September 2, 1915 in Hamilton, Ontario, stating that he was with an Active Militia, that he was not married and that his trade was that of Clerk.
