(Ordenom narodnog heroja). Instituted in 1943. Inscribed in Croatian, named to "Bobibec S. Stjepan", numbered "139", dated November 27, 1953, "for the outstanding unparalleled heroism in the fight against the people's enemies and the proven heroism and merits during the national liberation war from 1941 to 1945", signed by the President of the Order, both the recipient's information and the signature of the President in handwritten black ink, embossed stamp of the Socialist Federal Republic's President of the Order bearing the emblem of the Republic at the bottom, printed in red, black, navy blue and violet inks, on a thick off-white paper stock, measuring 337 mm (w) x 490 mm (h), exhibiting slight undulation overall, along with one small hole on the left side and a tiny tear along the bottom edge, with discoloration evident on the obverse and spotting on the reverse, better than very fine.
