Constructed of blackened magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse bearing central wreathed dates “1914-1918”, the reverse maker marked “CEJ” for C.E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 37.47 mm (w) x 42.24 mm (h), weighing 12.0 grams, accompanied by a miniature stick pin, constructed of blackened bronze, of identical appearance, unmarked, measuring 9 mm (w) x 9 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
