(Estate, Formal Accessories). Antique. Ladies. This Cartier cigarette holder is constructed of 14kt yellow gold, bakelite, and features two rings of diamonds. The body of the cigarette holder features a scalloped and straight line alternating design which ends on both sides in a row of diamonds. The body is marked beneath one row with “Cartier Zeus Pat. Pend.” The mouthpiece is an amber-coloured bakelite material. Contains internal filter. Measuring 118.53mm (l) x 10.64mm (diameter) and weighing 17.9 grams. A unique and storied item, light wear evident, in very fine condition.
