The Red Eagle Order 4th Class certificate is named to Rechnungsrat (accounting councillor) Samuel Christian Gottlieb Schirmer (1797-1875). Dated to Berlin on January 18, 1848. Measuring 226 mm (w) x 352 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, and light creasing and fraying of the edges, remains near very fine.
