Croatia, Independent State. An Ante Pavelić Bravery Medal, Silver Grade Medal, c.1941

(Kolajna Ante Pavelić za junaštvo). Instituted in 1941. In silver, measuring 35 mm in diameter, bruised, contact marks, on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, near very fine. Accompanied by a Photograph of a Soldier Wearing the Medal (in black and white, with scalloped edges, measuring 60 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), the photo mounted to a 80 mm (w) x 105 mm (h) card, near extremely fine).
