Germany, Third Reich. A Mixed Lot of Insignia

(Insignien). A mixed lot of three insignia, including a 29th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS (Kaminski Brigade) sleeve badge, constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a printed divisional emblem, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in unissued and near extremely fine condition; a Heer Gebirgsjäger EM/NCO’s sleeve insignia, constructed of field-grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered multi-coloured edelweiss, within a knotted border topped by a piton, unmarked, measuring 56 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition, and; an Honour Cross of the German Mother, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Latin Cross with stylized sun rays joining the quadrants, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central white enameled disc overlaid by a black swastika, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
