A mixed lot of three medals, including a General Honour Medal, II Class, constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a central wreathed inscription of “VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT” (“SERVICE TO THE STATE”), the reverse bearing a raised and crowned monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm III, unmarked, measuring 39.28 mm in diameter, weighing 23.1 grams, in extremely fine condition, a Kaiser Wilhelm I Centenary Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 39.99 mm in diameter, weighing 34.0 grams, in extremely fine condition, and; an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with crossed swords through the centre, the obverse bearing central wreathed dates “1914-1918”, the reverse maker marked “L. NBG.” for L. Christian Lauer, Nuremberg, measuring 37.62 mm (w) x 41.66 mm (h), weighing 14.1 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
