Cross insignia in white wool bearing a design in silvered twisted wire, framed within a flowing braided-style border in silvered twisted wire, on a maroon felt base, the felt wrapped around a stiff frame, measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), minor fraying evident in the silvered twisted wire at the left corner of the braided-style border, near extremely fine.
