(Merito Militar). Instituted in 1912. Multi-piece construction, cross and wreath in bronze gilt, both centrepieces in silver with enamels, measuring 51 mm (w) x 76.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and laterally-pierced ball suspension, chipping and loss evident in the azure blue enamels just above the key on the coat-of-arms on the reverse centrepiece, scattered gilt wear and contact marks on the cross, on a replacement blue good conduct ribbon, better than very fine.
