Instituted in 1964 (in silvered and gilt bronze with blue enamels, measuring 49.8 mm (w) x 89.2 mm (h) inclusive of its wings suspension, traces of enamels remains, surface wear evident on the reverse, the 17 mm in diameter rosette having separated from the original ribbon with dual prong pinback).

2. Air Gallantry Cross, II Class (Phi-Dũng Bội-Tinh). Instituted in 1964 (two-piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze with blue and black enamels, measuring 41 mm (w) x 55.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wings suspension, silvering and gilt wear evident on the obverse, contact marks on the reverse, clasp affixed to its original ribbon with dual prong pinback).

3. Air Gallantry Cross, III Class (Phi-Dũng Bội-Tinh). Instituted in 1964 (two-piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze with blue enamels, measuring 42 mm (w) x 57.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wings suspension, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the obverse centrepiece, clasp affixed to its original ribbon with dual prong pinback).
