1. Continuation War Commemorative Medal 1941-1945 (Jatkosodan muistomitali). Instituted in 1957 (in coppered bronze, measuring 31 mm in diameter, light contact, original ribbon).

2. Medal of Physical Education and Sports, I Class Gold Grade, Type I (Suomen Likuntakulttuurin ja Urheilun ansiomerkit). Instituted in 1945 (in bronze gilt, type I with "Urheilu Isänmaa" reverse, measuring 32 mm in diameter, edge nicks, original ribbon).

3. Rifle Shooting Qualification Badge (in bronze, measuring 26.3 mm (w) x 25.5 mm (h), screwback). Together, very fine.

 

Footnote:

1. The Medal of the Continuation War was instituted on May 12, 1957 for participants in the so called Continuation War, fighting against the USSR 1941-1944 and against German Wehrmacht 1944-1945. It was awarded to soldiers of the Finnish Army, as well to members of the Civil Guard (Suojeluskunta) and the women's voluntary auxiliary organization, Lotta Svärd.

2. The Medal of Physical Education and Sports was instituted on March 1, 1945 and awarded for outstanding achievement in Finnish athletics, and for services to physical education.
