Germany, NSKOV. A National Socialist War Victim’s Care Gau München-Oberbayern Armband

(NSKOV Armband). Constructed of heavy dark blue wool, the obverse trimmed by dual bands of silver aluminum wire piping, stitched with a central NSKOV badge, constructed of zink, the reverse maker marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M1/52” for Deschler & Sohn, Munich, circumscribed by a machine-embroidered silver-grey inscription of “NSKOV - GAU MÜNCHEN-OBERBAYERN” (“NSKOV - GAU MUNICH-UPPER BAVARIA”), unmarked, measuring 170 mm (l) x 90 mm (h), mothing is evident to the wool near the folding creases, in overall better than very fine condition.
