A General Honour Badge for Merit certificate, awarded by Ernst Ludwig, Grand Duke of Hesse and by Rhine, to Major Otto Cramer, regiment commander of Reserve Infantry Regiment No. 221, dated to Darmstadt on 6 April 1916, with a facsimile signature of the Grand Duke.
