A pair of Luftwaffe Flight Lieutenant rank shoulder boards and collar tabs, the shoulder boards are constructed of four rows of silver aluminum bullion wire embroidery twisted into a U-shape, on a lemon-yellow Waffenfarbe backer, measuring 31 mm (w) x 115 mm (h), the collar tabs are constructed of bright lemon-yellow wool with rolled and flat silver bullion insignia consisting of a single gull above crossed branches with raised accents in the leaves to represent veins, all four sides trimmed in twisted silver bullion wires, buckram core, measuring 39 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), unissued and in overall extremely fine condition.
