Germany, Kriegsmarine. A 1935 Kriegsmarine Kiel Swimming Competition First Place Medal

(Kriegsmarine Medaille). Constructed of bronzed feinzink with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse with a central raised inscription of “MARINEMEISTERSCHAFTEN KIEL - JUNI 1935” with an etched inscription of “200 M. BRUSTSCHWIMMEN I”, above a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, topped by a naval ensign, unmarked, measuring 82 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
