(Kriegsmarine Wimpel). Constructed of a blue cotton blend, trimmed on two sides with braided golden-yellow piping, each side bearing a golden-yellow machine-embroidered Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with feathering outlined in black, the hoist edge with a golden-yellow cotton shaft through which is looped a white threaded cord, the top of the hoist edge with a single magnetic metal spring clip, unmarked, measuring 295 mm (w) x 205 mm (h), minor material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
