Insignia in silver, measuring 41 mm (w) x 46.7 mm (h), mounted to a 61.8 mm (w) x 53.5 mm (h) brass buckle via two prongs, intact clip and bar on the reverse, contact marks evident on the face of the buckle, near extremely fine.
