A striking plack-and-white portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II, depicted in full imperial regalia and with an array of orders and medals visible, the lower right corner bearing the Kaiser’s handwritten signature in graphite pencil, with a location of “BERLIN” and date of “1900” situating the dedication, the image measuring 112 mm (w) x 172 mm (h), presented on a layered card stock backer measuring 210 mm (w) x 272 mm (h), bearing an embossed studio mark of “REICHARD & LINDNER, BERLIN”, the reverse bearing a brief illegible handwritten inscription, with only slight age-appropriate discolouration evident, an excellent hand-signed display piece in extremely fine condition.
