Constructed of a heavy wooden frame with a dark brown suede liner throughout both the exterior and interior, opening to reveal a removable wooden plaque fully lined with a faux dark brown leather liner, the obverse bearing an embossed inscription of “VZORNÝ PRACOVNÍK KULTÚRY” (“EXEMPLARY WORKER OF CULTURE”), topped by a ribbon bar, above a depression featuring a bronze table medal and bearing a raised profile of a female figure in a Bohemian folk costume, measuring 80 mm in diameter, the interior also featuring a ribbon bearing a silvered inscription of “MINISTERSTVO KULTÚRY SLOVENSKEJ SOCIALISTICKEJ REPUBLIKY” (“MINISTRY OF CULTURE OF THE SLOVAKIAN SOCIALIST REPUBLIC”), retaining an original heavy card stock case with a beige canvas exterior liner, measuring 145 mm (w) x 350 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
