Germany, Federal Republic. A German Automobile Club Member’s Plaque, by E.F. Wiedmann

(Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club Mitgliedsplakette). Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a central white enameled oval plaque bearing black enameled initials “ADAC”, within a bronze frame bearing a raised inscription of “ALLGEMEINER DEUTSCHER AUTOMOBIL-CLUB” (“GENERAL GERMAN AUTOMOBILE CLUB”), with dual integrated holes for rivet attachment, the reverse maker marked “E.F. WIEDMANN, FRANKFURT A. M.”, measuring 106 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), minor flecking and oxidation evident to the enamels and bronze, respectively, in near extremely fine condition.
