Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey four-spoked wheel, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident to the obverse and the remnants of an adhesive visible to the reverse, in near extremely fine condition.
