(Dienstauszeichnung II. Klasse Schnalle). Instituted 18 June 1825 by King Friedrich Wilhelm III. (1825-1912 issue). Constructed of blackened non-magnetic metal, affixed to a non-magnetic metal backplate with a horizontal pinback and period original length of blue and white ribbon, marked “SY & WAGNER 15”, measuring 43.27 mm (w) x 25.30 mm (h), fine.
