(Reichsluftschutzbund Armbinde für Offizier). Constructed of blue cotton, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central machine-embroidered silver-grey and blue Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) insignia, flanked by an illegible district stamp, the exterior bearing a mark of “ERHA, WUPPERTAL” along the seam, measuring 200 mm (w) x 102 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
