Řád bílého lva. Instituted in 1922. In silver, an eight point star of smooth rays, the obverse medallion features a rampant lion with the inscription PRAVDA VITEZI on a red enamelled field, reverse shows a single pin assembly with dual stays, reverse medallion inscribed CSR with a makers mark below of KARNET & KYSELY, PRAHA, marked KK on the pin, measures 87.5mm (w) x 87.5mm (h), weighs 88.5 grams, dark patina, enamels intact, in extremely fine condition.

 

Footnote: The Order was officially known as the Czechoslovak Order of the White Lion from 1922-1990. It was originally founded as an award to recognize meritorious actions that benefited Czechoslovakia by foreign citizens and was later expanded to also include Czechoslovakian citizens. The Breast Star is the same between the Military and Civil Divisions.
