In bronze gilt with red and white enamels, obverse illustrating the red and white checkered Croatian shield with an open-ended wreath composed of beech tree leaves, the shield surmounted by the Ustasha insignia, flanked by "19" on the left and "41" at the right (the date 1941), inscribed "HRVAT. ATLETSKI SAVEZ" (Croatian Athletics Federation) above and "PRVO PRVENSTVO / NEZAVISNE DRŽAVE HRVATSKE" (First Championship / Independent State of Croatia) over four lines below, reverse engraved "100 m. / III." (100 metres, Third Place), measuring 46.3 mm (w) x 64.3 mm (h), intact enamels, spotting, contact marks, better than very fine.
