Ante Pavelic Medal for Bravery Award Document, Unawarded (four pages, with the pertinent award information on page 3, without any recipient named and remains without personalized inscriptions, printed in brown ink, on an off-white paper stock, designed with scalloped edges, measuring 180 mm (w) x 247 mm (h)).
2. Ante Pavelic Medal for Bravery Statutes (four pages, listing the ten statues under which the medal is to be awarded on pages 2 and 3, as approved by Dr. Ante Pavelić on December 27, 1941 and supported by Minister of Justice and Worship Dr. Mirko Puk, printed in black ink, on an off-white paper stock, measuring 188 mm (w) x 250 mm (h), exhibiting staple marks along the top and bottom edges, along with light soiling and a handwritten inscription in dark blue ink on the back cover).
3. Photograph of Seven Soldiers standing before an Officer and wearing the Ante Pavelic Medal for Bravery (black and white, matte finish, production stamped "Agfa Brovira" on the reverse, designed with scalloped edges, measuring 127 mm (w) x 88 mm (h)).
