(Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-, U-Boot-Jagd- und Sicherungsverbände). Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a stylized depiction of a sea mine exploding, the reverse with a block hinge and crudely-replaced wire pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Rudolf Karneth & Söhne, Gablonz, measuring 44.62 mm (w) x 55.43 mm (h), weighing 26.7 grams, in addition to the replaced pin there is some deliberate scratching visible to the finish of the reverse, in very fine condition; accompanied by two studio portraits, including one depicting a Kriegsmarine Enlisted sailor in uniform and wearing a generic cap, the reverse in postcard format and bearing a Leslau studio mark, measuring 85 mm (w) x 135 mm (h), and; one depicting two Kriegsmarine sailors in uniform, the reverse in postcard format and bearing a partially-legible studio mark, measuring 88 mm (w) x 140 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
