Constructed of black cotton twill, the obverse trimmed with dual bands of machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire piping, bearing a silver-grey machine-embroidered inscription of “GERMANIA”, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 480 mm (l), material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition.
