(Kỹ-Thuật Bởi-Tính). Instituted in 1964. In bronze gilt with blue and white enamels, measuring 49 mm (w) x 54.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, contact marks, scattered gilt wear, original ribbon, very fine.

Footnote: The Technical Service Medal was issued to military servicemen and civilians working as military technicians, who had shown outstanding professional capacity, initiative, and devotion to duty, in two grades: I Class for Officers (with two thread-like red stripes in the centre of the ribbon) and II Class for NCOs and enlisted men (without the two thread-like red stripes in the centre of the ribbon).
