Germany, HJ. A Member’s Belt Buckle, by Paulmann & Crone

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of nickel-plated magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M4/28” for Paulmann & Crone, Lüdenscheid, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
