Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central ribbed Geneva Cross, within a ribbed ring bearing oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), with minor oxidation evident, in very fine condition, and; a second pattern (c. 1938) buckle, constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised DRK-style German national eagle overlaid by a mobile swastika and clutching a Geneva Cross, within an oval laurel leaf wreath on a pebbled background, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
