Germany, Third Reich. A Deutsche Hochschule Dessert Fork, by Brüder Henneberg

(Dessertgabel). Constructed of silver-plated brass, featuring three prongs, with the left prong flattened and with a slightly sharpened edge, the obverse handle bearing a stamped German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above letters “DH” in Frakture script, the reverse maker marked “BR. HENNEBERG BM”, with marks indicating silver-plated construction, measuring 22 mm (w) x 155 mm (l), with age-appropriate oxidation evident, in overall very fine condition.
