The picture postcard shows a photo of a Panzer NCO, possibly an Oberfeldwebel (Master Sergeant), wearing a marksmanship lanyard of unknown grade. A dedication in blue ink on the reverse reads: “In faithful friendship! Yours, Helmut!”, and is dated to Russia on October 17, 1942. Measuring 85x134mm, near mint condition.
