(Deutsches Lebens-Rettungs Gemeinschaft Grundschein). A German Life Saving Association (DLRV) certification issued to Luftwaffe Unteroffizier Helmut Prager, born 8 March 1914 in Halle. Issued on 21 December 1938 and featuring a black-and-white photograph of the recipient. It measures 90 mm (w) x 134 mm (h) and is in near extremely fine condition. Accompanied by a DLRV stick pin, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal. The obverse bears a DRLG insignia topped by an inscription of “GRUNDSCHEIN”. It is unmarked and measures 22 mm (w) x 12 mm (h).
